Our Mission is to promote warrior readiness while providing an elite fitness experience with quality equipment, certified coaches, specialty fitness classes, and motivational atmosphere.

Classes are Monday – Friday
1115-1215 – Coach Cue
1600-1700 – Coach Cue
We have wide variety of classes. The CDWC offers strength (functional training) classes, spinning, a run group, and even yoga & mobility. Classes are designed for Soldier fitness and will help Soldiers on the ACFT. If you have authorized access to the facility then you are able to join any of the fitness classes free of cost. No sign-up needed, just get on over the facility!
CDWC Things to Know:
All patrons must show a valid ID upon entering the building (CAC/military ID/Dependent ID: ages 11-26/retiree ID)
Dependents under 16 must have a parent with them.
No unauthorized guests allowed.
Any units looking to reserve the facility must contact the staff to make those accommodations.
The Wi-Fi password is posted in the bulletin board as it changes each month.
There is no towel service on the weekends.
